3. Estimates and Pricing
All estimates are provided in good faith based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may vary based on actual property conditions, scope of work, and any additional services requested. We will communicate any significant changes in cost before proceeding.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due according to the terms specified in your service agreement or invoice. Late payments may be subject to additional fees. We accept payment via the methods communicated to you at the time of service. Failure to pay may result in suspension of services and collection efforts.

We make reasonable efforts to perform services on scheduled dates. Weather, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control may require rescheduling. If you wish to cancel or reschedule a service, please provide notice as far in advance as possible. Recurring service agreements may be canceled in accordance with the terms of that agreement.
6. Property Access and Conditions
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the property where services are to be performed. You are responsible for removing or identifying hazards, pets, personal items, and obstacles prior to service. We are not responsible for damage resulting from hidden hazards, unmarked utilities, irrigation components, or items not properly identified.
7. Liability
We carry insurance and take reasonable care in performing our services. However, we are not liable for pre-existing property conditions, normal wear from standard lawn care practices, damage caused by underground or concealed items not disclosed to us, or events beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
8. Satisfaction
If you are not satisfied with a service, please contact us within a reasonable time so we may address your concerns. We will work in good faith to resolve any issues.
9. Intellectual Property
